1. Introduction
Welcome to Gexim AI — an intelligent Import-Export management platform developed by Innotech. By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth in this document. If you do not agree to any term, please stop using the service.
2. Terms of Use
Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and assume responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violation of terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, source code, trademarks, and documentation on the Gexim AI platform belong to Innotech and are protected by Vietnamese intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Information Security
We commit to protecting your personal information and business data in accordance with our privacy policy. Your enterprise import-export data is encrypted and stored on highly secure systems compliant with international security standards. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gexim AI provides services on an "as is" basis and does not warrant continuous, error-free, or completely secure operation. We are not liable for any indirect loss, business damage, or data loss arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fee you paid.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update and modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be announced via email or platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
